ENROLLMENT GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURE

I. ENROLLMENT CONDITIONS

Students may be allowed enrollment provided they meet the conditions below:
  1. For Old Students or former SHS Students
    1. No remaining balance from previous school year.
    2. Otherwise, if student has previous unpaid school fee
      1. Settle first the unpaid fees.
  2. For New Students
    1. Has completed required documents.
    2. Has completed and passed the entrance examination.
    3. Otherwise, you may send a message to our Facebook Page for inquiries and scheduling of entrance examinations.

II. ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

  1. Accomplish the enrollment agreement form for this school year. (SY 2021-2022)

  2. Review the information and breakdown of fees sent to you via email. If there are concerns, please contact our Accounting’s Office.
  3. Payment of fees
    1. Choose your preferred payment modality.
